Renting Vintage Umbrellas and Parasols for Your Event

Bella Umbrella offers a truly unique rental umbrella service. We have the largest selection of vintage umbrellas to rent for any occasion. Whether you are a bride, party planner, prop stylist or wedding coordinator, we have something for you. The majority of our umbrellas and parasols were actually made in the 1930's, 1940's and the 1950’s covering the Art Deco, Hollywood glamour and sixties mod periods.

Umbrellas for Rent Search Tips - You can search umbrellas in two ways

One method is to click on a style category, i.e. Pagoda or Bridal Parasol. This will show you all colors and or prints within that style category.

The other technique is to search by "Color" or "Keyword" using the search field and drop down menus in the left column of any page. For example - Type polka dot into the keyword search field, all polka dotted umbrellas from the rental category will come up. Be sure to choose "Keyword" from the dropdown menu and click "Go"

How to Reserve Umbrellas for Rent

To rent our umbrellas simply fill out our rental order form by clicking "Add to Reservation" located under each umbrella photo to start your reservation. You will be prompted to add your event date. This is important because each umbrella has its own calendar letting you know if it is available for your specific date. After filling out and submitting your reservation there is one more step, we will need to contact you to confirm your order and request which method of payment you prefer. Umbrella Rental Period, Delivery and Shipping

Five Day Rental Period - The rental period is typically from Thursday thru Monday unless otherwise requested.

Seattle Area Umbrella Rental Orders - Customers may pick up and return umbrellas orders without charge. The pickup and drop-off location is at:

National Umbrella Rental Orders - We ship out the umbrella order so it arrives two days prior to your event. For an easy return, we include a pre-paid shipping slip in the package. All you have to do is box them back up, attach the pre-paid shipping slip and take them to the nearest UPS drop location.
